On-Line Publishing Newsletter Policies

1. The Coordinating Council (CC) will select specific articles from past newsletters for potential on-line publication.

2. The CC will request permission from the author to publish an edited version of the article on the web.

3. Articles permitted for publication will be edited by the CC and reviewed by the author before publishing on-line.
